Braxton Park POA does not perform maintenance or replacement on the exterior of the townhomes. That is the responsibility of the owner of the townhome.  The POA is currently responsible for common areas, grounds maintenance, snow removal, trash removal, pressure washing the siding, and an annual termite inspection.
